General Guidelines

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging. Please contact us at info@z-comfort.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item(s) within the 30-day return period. Follow the general return procedure described above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color or size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the incorrect item, and a photo for proof. We will provide return instructions and ensure the correct item is sent at no additional cost.

Damaged/Defective Items Upon Arrival

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo or video clearly showing the issue, a brief description, and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Manufacturing Faults or Breakage After Use (Warranty)

Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect. If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us with details of the issue and your order number for assistance.

Order Never Arrives

If your order has not arrived, claims for missing packages are valid within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date as indicated by the tracking number. If the package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us immediately for assistance. An order that arrives more than 60 days late is considered lost, and we offer a full refund for “lost orders.” Contact us at info@z-comfort.com with your order number and details if you believe your order is lost.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Times

Order fulfillment can take up to 2 business days. Shipping times range from 3 to 21 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Timing of Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

To start a return, email us at info@z-comfort.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We do not accept returns initiated via phone calls or contact forms.

Required Documents

Include the original invoice or a note with your full name, email address, and order number in your return package. For damaged or defective items, send us an email with a photo or video clearly showing the issue.

Please Note

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
